Need some bridge pickup recommendations . . .
I've got everything together for my next Tele project except the bridge pickup. I'll be using a Seymour Duncan Mini-humbucker in the neck slot, and I don't know what will balance well in the bridge position. Any experience or suggestions out there?
Thanks, Dean

Given the Duncan mini...
I'd stay with a Duncan in the bridge too - afaik Duncans are outta phase with most other pup manufaturers. Swapping leads is easy on a strat, but more a hassle with buckers/tele pups to keep the grounding correct.
IMO, go the Antiquity I flatpole. Enough push to keep up with the mini, but not an overwound sound... a classic sounding pickup. Alternatively, the Jerry Donahue is another excellent choice, for less $$. Trevor |

Van Zandt 50's flatpole or Voodoo TE60. Duncan Broadcaster works well with minis also. If you want to stay noiseless, I keep hearing good things about the Lawrence L-298TL, I like the 290.
