Fralin broadcaster pickup..

anyone ever try one.I am looking for an older,twangy tele sound.Something in an early 50's sound.

I have a set. They sound fantastic in the guitar they're in. Really good clarity/note definition with very little noise and the perfect amount of grit(for me)- if that makes any sense. I think Fralin is offering them in different winds nowadays.
