lap steel pickup value?

I have a pickup taken from an old champion lap steel...it was the old yellowish mother-of-toiletseat-with-green felt backing model. It has been mounted (by Joe Glaser in Nashville) on a copper plate, so it's ready to drop in a Tele. I need to sell it, and have no idea what these thing are bringing these days. Can anyone give me an idea? Don't know whether to ebay it or put it in the garage sale here. BTW, it reads 5.96 ohms.

Those are very lightly potted and sound just like Roy.

$300-600 is the range they sell in.

Hmm, the entire Champion lap steel with all the original parts and that pickup can be had in that price range. I've got several, but haven't pillaged them for parts.
