stupid qoestion about strat set

Here is the question:
What should i do to produce "reversed pickup" for middle position?
I sometimes like to overthink some things so this is totaly stupid question but i am not sure how exactly this reversing goes. First i thought that middle pickup is fliped upside down and wires are swaped ground with hot. Then i was wondering if by any chance the whole coil isn't wind the other way. and next thing i was thinking how to change winding direction on one way winder.. But my next thought was that i only need to reverse magnets and swap wires.
Please make it clear for me how it is exactly made.

If the poles don't touch the coil wire, some push them out and flip them.

another stupid question.
Somewhere along the way i accidently swapped one alnico 5 rod polarity in bridge single. I didn't known that, and i already finished this pickup, waxing and all. Is reversing polarity in that magnet hard to do? i mean by bunch of neodymium magnets it seems to switch back , but will it hold that way?
