Don Mare users: Bridge pickup help

Do any of you Don Mare users know which of his bridge pickups falls between the Donocaster and the Joel Foy in terms of brightness? I have both sets and love them both, but am looking to split the difference on the brightness of the bridge.

The brass covered neck pickup on both sets is perfection. The Donocaster bridge is lovely, but to get it as bright (and to get the middle position as bright) as I want it I have to turn the amp treble way up, and then it is a little brighter than I want it on the neck setting.

On the Foy's I have to tame the bright cutting bridge pickup and add some mids, and then the middle and neck sounds are a little darker than I like.

I am not even considering changing the neck pickup, as I am madly in love with it. Just want a bridge sound right in between the two, bright, but with a little more mids and not so drastically far from the neck tone. I will probably call Don when I have the money for his advice, but figured I'd start my research here. Thanks in advance!

This is just my preliminary research. Tryin to get some ideas from y'all, then when I am ready and funded, I will call the man himself for his sage advice. In the meantime I am curious what some of your experiences are!
