Installing Rio Grande Halfbreed
Hello,
Quick question here for ya... I just acquired a Rio Grande Halfbreed bridge pup. I'm getting ready to install it. It does not seem to have a metal baseplate, so I'm guessing I'll need to ground my bridge plate. Just wanted to confirm that before I ran the ground wire to my bridge. Anyone installed and using one of these? Many thanks! |

Thanks, Bhallguitar...
My Tele didn't have a bridge ground originally (was grounded through the metal baseplate of the original pickup). I figured I'd need to add the ground wire with this new pickup. The bottom plate of the Rio Grande doesn't seem to be metal, but I figured I'd ask....been surprised before:) |
