P90 to Humbucker
In process of inventing a new type of pickup for a school presentation... I can't give away what it is before it is patented, but it will be p90 sized. However, I have to put it inside a humbucker-sized les paul. I can't refinish the guitar or anything, so does anybody have any advice as to how to get the p90 in there? I don't mind building my own mount, but I'd lke to avoid it if I could. Also, are there any humbucker-->p90 adaptor rings?

If it's a p-90 size it will NOT fit in to a standard size humbucker route
& you trying to patent something that has been done by many winders (to fit a p-90 in a bucker slot ) you can router you humbucker guitar to fit p-90's & there are possibly mounting rings to cover up the p-90 route |
