What to do?

I currently have a squier standard tele with Keystones. I have a MIM standard on layaway. I am toying with the idea of esquiring the squier. I was thinking of robbing the Keystones from the squier for the MIM. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've been reading about esquires and am jonesing for one. I figure I already have the squier, so why not? I assume the MIM ceramic would not be great for an esquire? Looking for input.

Thanks in advance,

Steve

I put a CV 50's Alnico III in my Esquire and it's great. It runs right at 9k, so it can do twang or rock. Very versatile and good sounding pickup, and you can get them off evilbay for 25 bucks. Just say'in.
