Stacked P/U Hum Problem

Hello Everyone. I am new to TDPRI. I have a problem that I cannot figure out. I have a Tele that I recently changed the neck pickup on. I replaced a pretty beefy GFS neck p/u with a brand new Bill Lawrence (Wilde) L200TN. The old pickup was noisy so I figured this new one, being a stacked humbucker, would solve the problem. So I dropped the new p/u in and guess what? It hums just as bad as the old one. This is what I've done so far to try to resolve it:
1. I re-soldered the ground wire.

2. I rewired the p/u to different connectors on the switch. In other words, i wired the bridge p/u where the neck p/u was and vice versa. That didn't work either. The neck p/u still hums.

The weird thing about this is that the single coil bridge p/u is very quiet.

Any ideas?

Is your pickup cavity have copper shielding in it? If so make sure the metal cover of the neck pickup is not touching it or it could cause hum due to a "Ground Loop" (where there is 2 paths to ground, such as the metal cover tied to the negative black wire of the pickup and then touches the copper foil shielding that is grounded.
