Has anyone given the Dragonfire Tele pickups a try?

I figured for 35 bux a set for a set of the Texas copies, Ya can't go wrong. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with them.

Well, keep us posted please. If these are as good as people are boasting. They very well could be the best kept secret in Tele pickups.

Drat. Got an email that chrome was sold out. Rather than wait two weeks and hold up reviews and my project guitar, I settled for the black substitution.

Got them in the mail today. Visual inspection looks OK. I can't say anything about tone for a while as the project tele is waiting for a bridge
