If I recall correctly there is a diagram on the Seymour Duncan website. I got a schematic from there years back for the same. Try this

It's just a three-way switch B/M/N. I think it has 250k pots. Like mine, only I flip the plate:

I was thinking the Duncan Custom Shop 53 Tapped JB for Tele.

FWIW, JB does not stand for "Jeff Beck". It's Jazz/Blues...

I stand corrected on the JB initial. I think I may have been spewing false info on this web page over the years. The Duncan web page mentioned it as being the "Guitar Shop" sound, so I assumed JB= Jeff Beck. Never assume.

Guitar was built in '74, three years before Fender switched to the 5 way in '77.

Don't lose any sleep over it. The pickup is based on the one Seymour wrapped for Beck, and SD calls it JB for obvious Marketing reasons. Jazz/Blues, while technically correct, is an intentional back formation. The "Jazz Model" neck humbucker has a similar story, I just can't remember whose initials (JM) they are right now.
