Specs show a Custom Vintage Tele bridge.....

What would be a commercially available aftermarket or Fender equivalent?

IMHO this are the best pickups:

Handmade in Germany.

There are some Soundfiles.

I use Both (humbucker and single coils in my Guitars and they are the best PUs i ever heard.
They guy is just making a customized "MudCat" for my Tele, it will arrive in 2 Weeks.
