GFS Lipstick Tele Bridge Pickup

I am thinking about ordering one of these along with one of their lipstick strat pups for a project I am working on. Does anyone have any experience with these yet, or with GFS lipsticks in general?

IIRC, time ago, someone said the screw holes didn't align well with a normal Tele bridge.
No idea if this was completely true and if it's solved

I've got a GFS lipstick pickup in the neck of a Squier 51 and I love it.
It's got a cool jangly, twangy tone that's pretty unique, and matches well with the snarly humbucker in the bridge.

IIRC a while back someone on here installed one and did some clips, but I can't recall who offhand, but my memory may be a bit too fuzzy so don't quote me on that. You can probably find it by digging around a bit. Definitely one of the more intriguing pickups out there no doubt.

ETA: Okay, found the thread mentioned above fwiw:

Thanks for the info guys, I didn't realize that these had been around so long. I went ahead and ordered both the tele bridge and the strat neck pickups, along with a pickguard cut for a strat pup. I'll let you guys know if I have problems mounting the pickups.

GFS in general: I've purchased all 3 Lil' Puncher farieties for bridge pickups, and one lil puncher neck pickup. They fit and sound just as described.

So I received the pickups a week ago and I thought I'd update. The neck lipstick pickup fit fine in their strat cut pickguard. I had to drill out the cavity about 1/8 in for the neck pickup to fit in my Squier BSB Tele body. The bridge pickup had some mix results. The pickup lined up fine with the stock bridge with the Squier tele, and also fit perfectly with a wilkinson dual loader ash tray bridge I bought to use on this guitar. The pickup holes don't line up with a MIM standard bridge though. Pickup must be built for import bridges?

None yet Roman, and it's going to be a while. The body is still completely unfinished. I received the neck and bridge yesterday which were the rest of the parts I needed. I test fitted everything and things seem to be working well together. I got some surf green nitro from reranch. This is my first attempt at refinishing a guitar, so don't be surprised if you see a 'help me' thread of mine in the finely finished section soon.
