SD Vintage P-90 cover (any P-90 cover?)
I just got a pair of P-90s to put in my Squier Custom Tele II. starting on the neck install - it's a SD Vintage P-90. i got it loaded onto the original base bar (the piece that runs along the bottom of the pup and is used to suspend the pup on the pickguard). but the pickup cover is not attached/sticking to the pick up.
There are two screw-holes that presumably could be used to keep the cover on, but none of the existing screws will thread or hold on. is there anything preventing me from simply gluing the cover on the pup? |
