fat, twangy, and noiseless bridge pup?
can i have this? or is this an either/or? anyone have any pros and/or cons on the dimarzio fast track t? this one has sparked my interest but i'd like to see if i can find anymore input on it other than the sales pitch at the dimarzio site. also i want to think i read somewhere where you could wire it to switch the rails on the pup from series to parallel. that might be a cool effect on one pickup. seems alot of noiseless threads lately. any other bridge pups fit the fat twangy and noiseless bill? appreciate any input as always...

Here we go again, more praise for the Keystones. Mine are relatively noiseless. Twang? The bridge covers the spectrum. I personally like the neck, but I don't mind playing the bridge. I turn the tone down a bit and it can do nice rythym. Turn it up, and you get stinging twang.

I have heard good things about the pre B-1 by DiMarzio. A bit more of a rock sound. Also, the Li'l 59er is an option. Although it is a mini-humbuckers, it can still produce a Tele-like sound. I had one in my MIM, but replaced it with more traditional PUPs for the aesthetic value, and I wanted a real Tele tone.

I'd love a fat and twangy pup, even if it wasn't noiseless.
Someone asked me to define "twang" the other day and I could not. But I would say fat pups aren't twangy; and twangy pups aren't fat. If it comes, it'll be in the form of these tapped Tele/Esquire bridge pups - hit a button and change the resistance in an instant.
