Noisy pickups help!

Eversince I changed my tele neck this morning, my pickups buzzes like hell! I did NOT touch any wirings or the pickups at all. All i did was rmove the pickguard, remove the old neck and put it back together. Now when i touch the pickups with my fingers, it makes a crackling irritating buzz, when untouched it makes a constant shrill buzzing. I have never wired my pickups before, let alone dismantling them and there were no problems before the neck change. Anyone knows what may be the problem here? Thanx, it's driving me crazy!

Make sure the ground wire to the bridge didn't come loose.

Hmm.. I have a humbucker on the bridge cavity, all is snugly fit that i can hardly see any wires. I really hope it's not some wiring problems tho. Any other possible cause? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Probably something metal touching something else metal that it's not supposed to be touching.

It's a partscaster, the pickups came already attached to the body, so I'm not sure what they are, but there were no problems before neck change. I did'nt replace any electrotronics or parts at all, just swapped the neck.
