Pre-Routed?

Do certain Tele's with single coils come pre-routed for humbuckers? I want a guitar I can experiment with. Swap neck single for a humbucker but I'm not equipped to rout anything.

American standards (

see here), James Burton, Nashville Deluxe, and of course many models that already had humbuckers already... Google or search eBay for tele bodies.
