Value of an old Gibson hummy??
Not a PAF, everybody calm down!
It's from a '76 Explorer. Gold color (but extremely "relic'd" due to being over 30 years old). It's a single conductor w/braided shield, and has the typical (for that time period) black epoxy in the back. I forgot I had it, until I found it in my workshop. I'm thinking it may be worth a little something, as values have gone through the roof on other, older Gibson pickups. Remember how you could buy 70's Strats and Teles for a dime a dozen until the older ones hit ridiculous prices? Anyhow, anybody have any idea what this might be worth? I'm definitely thinking of selling it, as I don't need it, and do need some other stuff. I just have no idea what to ask for it. It's a killer pickup. Thanks in advance!
