5 way switch on a tele - series and kill.

This thread title crops up a lot and there seem to be some gurus but like any newb I think there's a bit more stuff to cover

I'd like to aim for something like this:

Code:
|Bg|Bh|Ng|Nh|
1. |--|--|-2|-1| Neck
2. |-2|-1|-2|-1| Parallel
3. |-2|-1|-1|-2| Series
4. |-2|-1|--|--| Bridge
5. |--|--|--|--| Kill Switch
For this I can see I'd need to purpose one of the common lugs to a hot from the pickup and then run it to ground for some settings... or is it impossible without a super-switch .. in which case I'll leave it ;)
