hi all you guys

yesterday i got my second fender telecaster.
the first, a baja in colour "blond", i didn´t like [the colour]. you se, i work as an art director in a advertising agency and is very concernd about the looks of things.
i returned it and got a "classic 60" in "olympic white" [have to change the green pickboard].
now i think the small metalplates sitting on the body-pickup is in different levels. some of them are higher than others, especially under the 4 and 5 string. is that right for this model. i have never owned a telecaster before the "baja" and this "classic"!

Those metal plates are the magnetic polepieces. In the classic 60s they're "staggered" for better balance, so that's perfectly normal :-)

btw, congrats with the new guitar!
