Chrome Keystone neck pickup Q

Hi, I just recieved my Keystones. I'm wiring in a 4 way switch and would like to know if the cover has to be grounded? Or are one of the wires white, blue, black already grounding the cover?

The cover does not have to be grounded, it is plastic and not metal...as it looks.
Just treat the blue wire as a cover ground wire.
