Ordered beginning of May from Bruce. He told me to get in touch with Becky at Bill Lawrence. Still no email from Becky.

Other than that I must say these pickups sound great. Well maybe they would sound great… if they were in my guitar… making noise come out of my amp…

I guess until I get them I'll have to reserve judgement on the sound. The business plan is not good however.

Call them. The toll free number is:
Toll-Free - 877-647-2651
Becky herself will more than likely answer the phone.

Not sure why you're having a problem. I've emailed Bruce on several occassions regarding Keystones and he's always replied within 24 hours. I've emailed Becky and she's replied promptly as well. I know they're more responsive to the phone than email but I guess nothing works too well if they aren't around. Just wanted you to know these problems aren't typical.

Cool. Thanks!

So what is new about the pups? Is it just the chrome housing?

Yes. The neck cover makes them the newest offering from Keystone.

Yes, I had this, too.

I've been out of pocket, I would guess the same is true at BL.

I would assume that cascade of orders was filled, so if yours has gone astray, time to let Bruce know so a claim can be made of USPS, etc.

I ordered a set on 5/17, I've been emailing Becky recently and then called today using the number garytelocaster provided. Turns out they shipped on Saturday and the confirmation was filtered out....they're on their way.

Man, I almost ordered a set from ebay, then I got to payment confirmation and thought "Is this direct from Bill and Becky?". The seller was something like bullfighter guitars. I have heard such great things about Bill and Becky I would like to go through them, but keystonepickups.com is "under construction". I emailed becky@billlawrence.com, and I hope that is the right address to order through. Anyway I want the ones with the chrome cover, so I hope this works out. Sorry I'm so confused!

PS if I never hit the "confirm" button on the ebay order is there a chance it could still go through?

Bruce Morgen is "bullfighter guitars" on ebay. He emailed me when asking about shipment of mine that I had ordered.
