Any thoughts on the Duncan Hot for Tele Lead (STL-2)?

Any thoughts on this pup? This is NOT the stacked version or a noiseless, it's just a plain old single coil pup that's overwound. Is there any glassiness retained at all after the hot winding? I think the resistence is upwards of 14K! That's a lot of output for a single coil. I know they'll be a lot of thick mids with this pup, I'm just wondering if there's any glassy chime left at all, especially in the middle position.

It's a great pup with lots of chime, great for good thick healthy sounding pop and snap sounds with chicken pickin' as well!

I've got the tapped version and like it tapped, though it's too hot for me full on.
