JOE BARDEN PICKUPS ARE THE BEST PICKUPS ON THE PLANET!









I had a set installed today on my tele and I'm loving them!! They're the best ($399.90) investment music-wise I've ever made. For me, they do exactly what I needed them to do (get rid of that annoying single-coil hum and buzz) and I couldn't be happier---plus they look dang cool on my tele (that was another factor for me regarding these pickups). I've not played my guitar this much since the day I had a B/G bender installed on it!!

I have a set of Bardens in my Pine Glendale. I have to honestly say that I'm not sure that I'd like them as much as I do in any other guitar. I never wanted to have Danny's tone, and I think that they might be overly quick and hi-fi to my ear in another body wood.

I love they way they sound in my guitar though. I'm also a big fan of their quiet operation in noisy environments. In my blackguard, they make the guitar look a bit like an Esquire.
