Heres a couple of mine, the first of which I no longer own as I sold it on.
Pine body, smaller pickguard, and simple wiring ![]() This next one is made from a Hohner neck, and has a beech body made up from old school shelves. This one gets played most by my 12 year old daughter, as the 1.5" thick body is much lighter for her to hold.

'Scotchy
Just finished this one a few weeks ago. Here's "Scotchy":
![]() Photo by Jaimie Lee (c) 2009 Paulownia body (not from GFS) with a pretty awesome Johnson strat neck that plays like butter. Currently my favorite guitar. I was going for a butterscotch finish. Ended up a little darker than most butterscotch finishes, but I love it. It weighs in right at 5 lbs. In retrospect I wish I'd gone with the vintage ashtray style bridge. Oh well, rookie tele player mistake I guess.

Here's my little parts conglomeration:
![]() Background: Started life as a Squier Affinity Special, Butterscotch Blonde. Son made the Zebrawood pg for Fathers day, 2004, then made the body for me, for Christmas, same year. Eden left handed neck, SD 59jr, manlius neck pup, gfs tuners, Dunlop/Schaller strap locks, (unknown mfr). vintage style bridge plate w/ compensated saddles, and a "PraiseCaster" decal on the headstock. Only thing Squier that left is, the metal neck plate, control panel, and the screws.

My two.
Ash with a koa racing stripe, maple/kingwood neck. 70's Gibson minihumbucker and Voodoo TE60 pickups. Callaham knobs, Glendale saddles. ![]() And this one's a work in progress. Alder with an 1/8" maple top. I'm swapping the TV Jones pickups for a set of reverse-angled strat pickups in rosewood rings, and a matching tele set on the 6-string side. 75% rewire along with the new pickups. Just changed the 6-string neck finish from oil to nitro. I'll probably change the 6-string bridge as well.

Here's mine. I put this together in ~ '95. The body and neck both came from Stew-Mac; I'm not sure who made the body, but the neck is a La-Si-Do (Godin). Two-piece Swamp Ash body & skunk-stripe neck finished in nitro, Schaller tuners, Fender bridgeplate w/Stew-Mac compensated brass barrels, SD Broadcaster / Fender Texas Tele pickups. It twangs a bit, but it has more of a rock thing going on than a country thing.
