Is that a pot leaf on it?

How did your parents feel about that?

Put it in the classifieds or on eBay. You shouldn't be trying to sell stuff here.

I don't want to encourage gordielove's attempts to sell in this thread, but at the same time I'd be interested in comments about the JD Omniac. I've kinda wondered about it, but I've never played one. So non-sales comments from gordielove and others would be welcome.

Peavey T-40 Bass

Just got this a couple days ago. Amazing condition for a 30 year old bass.

If you're interested, you can hear how "heavy" this bass sounds on this song:

I've got an Oly White USA Predator on the way. This should fit my budget Strat GAS perfectly. I'll probably keep it mostly stock, aside from maybe a mint green pickguard, and maybe do the tea bag method to age the pup covers/knobs. I've also heard the tuners aren't so great, but I'll see how they are. Do vintage style Klusons drop right in the stock holes?

Guess I need to join this club. This is my MAIN gigging guitar. Probably because it's my only electric, but it is a good one

Just picked up a Generation EXP Vintage...nice guitar after a serious tune up. The bridge had been changed to a Fender which is slightly narrower than the original so there is a very small space on the side, so I will eventually change the bridge...but it works and sounds great as is.

I've been looking online (eBay, etc.) for this guitar since I saw yours here. No luck. I've seen close, but not exact. I don't want the triple single, and I want that single coil in the neck, not a humbucker. And then I definitely want that black-on-black body, and the yummy dark amber colored maple neck. Just a killer look. Man, I'm jealous...you have quite an axe there.

New pics of my Predator that show the color a little more accurately. I threw a set of mint green pup covers and knobs on it...they're a little on the green side, but I like green. :P I wasn't going for anything vintage or authentic, just something other than white. In the back shot, you can see a bit of how the body color has aged with the outline of the trem cover.

Hi Larry, I got his axe from a great seller, a new old stock.. his last one.. he has stocks of triple single and a humbucker in the neck.. I've found out that this guitar is also routed for a humbucker.. this one has a great neck.. you'll absolutely love this guitar.. the neck pickup is a killer.. the bridge is weak and thin.. I want to replace it with something more aggressive and twangy..

if you ever find one, buy it.. it's definitely worth more than the $120 I paid for it..

Yeah, I'll be on the lookout for it. In the meantime, I'll just drool on my keyboard looking at yours!
