Why can't I post an add in the classifieds

On the right side of the tool bar it says Place Add. After wording the add and adding pictures I hit submit. Then it says I am not qualified. What must one do to become qualified. Why does it say Place Add if I am not qualified?

Please read the notice, you have to be logged in to place an ad. Sometimes, if your login cookies get messed up you can be logged in at the TDPRI and not be logged in at the Garage Sale Classifieds.

Sounds like that is what is happening to you. Go to the TDPRI, log out. Close your browser. Then log in to the TDPRI and start again and try again. When you are logged in you'll see your username in the Garage Sale Classifieds. If you don't see your username at the top of the home page of Classifieds, then you are not logged in.

That is all the problem is.
