Problems with Search function???
Did something change with the search function? I'm trying to search just like I always have, but I'm getting this strange box after submitting my search.
![]() I don't know why, and I don't know what it means. I tried clicking the "OK" or "OPEN," but nothing good happens. Any clues? Thanks. --Sean |

Sometimes when the TDPRI server is too busy the page starts to load in your browser and then stalls. Your browser only gets part of the page and doesn't know what to do with the part it receives. So, it tries to download the page as if it's a file to download not a page to display. Your computer then tries to suggest some program that might be able to load and run the unknown file type. That is all that has happened with the error message you see. It is totally random and you should cancel out of that kind of error and ignore it.
It can happen on any page, not just the search page. If it does this to you all the time, not every distant once and awhile then I would say it's something to do with how that "PhotoParade" program has modified the file types on your computer. |

Thanks for the replies. When it comes up, and I hit "cancel," nothing happens. It doesn't continue to any search results, it just closes out the box. I thought it was doing it every time, but it seems to only be doing it if I use a three-word search. One and two words seem to be working, but it is happening every time I use more than two words.

It's not doing it (with a three word search) in
PC Firefox PC MS IE6 Mac Firefox Mac Safari Since it's bringing up this "Photo Parade" application in your computer I can only guess that it is caused by this program on your system. No one else is reporting this and I can't make it happen here. So, I have to assume it's just your system that is causing this problem for you. Sorry, I don't know what else to tell you. Paul |
