how about a dedicated YouTube forum?

maybe I'm the only one with this minor annoyance, but I'll float the idea anyway...

It seems like a large percentage of posts (especially on the Bad Dog) consist of an intriquing title, then when you read the post it's nothing but a link to something on YouTube, and maybe a line like "you gotta check this out!". Often the poster doesn't even give a hint about who or what it is I gotta check out.

Personally, I'm getting a little overloaded w/ YouTube, I just don't have time to watch a lot of clips, and these postings though obviously well-intentioned can be a minor distraction.

Or maybe I'm just a cranky old geezer....

There could be a separate link forum, but no reason it should be specifically about youtube-links, who knows if it's going to be around 6 months from now?

Or then people should maybe just have (utube) or (link) in the title of all posts that specifically have a link to something and not much else.

Thanks for the suggestion but I don't think it's something I'm interested in at this time.
