Fundraiser won't let me login

The fundraiser page will not let me login. It wants an email address, which it claims is not correct. Also when I use my login account name, it says it is not a valid email (which it is not), but it is what I login to TDPRI using.

What do I do?

Thanks to the other post, I got it figured out.

I'll respond so that others will see this too -- you don't login or register on the Fundraiser storefront. You'll see a notice there that reads:

PS. You will see an option to Sign in or Register for this storefront -- however, it's not necessary. This storefront is not part of your login at TDPRI.com. So, your TDPRI username and password will not work here. We suggest you simply ignore the registration process here unless you wish to return to make another purchase at a later date and want your info on file.

I know folks don't think this way -- but your TDPRI registration has no "purchase" info, no addresses, no credit cards and who knows if the email even works. So, your registration here would be worthless on the Fundraiser storefront.

Also, we don't want to link your credit card info with your registration here.

Hence, the notice about NOT trying to register or login there.

We did use the same system last year.

You can register at our storefront and log in there if you wish. It just isn't connected to your login here. And, I'm fairly certain that if it was that it would cause just as many problems as it solved.

As I said, there is nothing in your TDPRI registration that would be helpful when using the storefront to make a donation in the Fundraiser.
