Goofy question (sorry) but I posted a topic yesterday about a craigslist guitar that I bought. The guitar had a cat pee smell. Several posters told cat pee stories.

This morning the banner ads at the top of the page were about animal urine smell removal chemicals.

Coincidence or smart programming??

I'm not paranoid....I think.

Yep it does. I think Google ads look for keywords in the subject header and list what it thinks is appropriate advertising based on that keyword.

It does have it's drawbacks though. Search for a thread about volume or tone pots and see what ads you get...

Not just this website, any website. Your ads will be different than my ads or anyone else's. It's pretty creepy, if you ask me. But that's the nature of modern advertising.
