Replies to classifieds

Sorry if this is really stupid, but how do people reply/respond to classifieds? I posted an ad yesterday which had, as of 10:45am EST today, 144 views, but I have not had any replies. Wondering if there are responses somewhere but I'm not aware of how to get to them....

They would go to your email account. If you used an email address to register that you never check or if you have a spam filter that is blocking emails then that could explain it. Also, you could have hundreds of lookers without one emails and that would be extremely normal.
