Target Waterbase Brushing Varnish?
Has anyone ever used the Target Waterbase Brushing Varnish that Stewmac sells? The product page for it is located here is located here. I'm not really sure how this finish would be classified... Polyurethane? Polycrylic? Nitrocellulose?
Anyway, can you get a totally glossy finish with this product? I'm looking for a durable, water-based brush-on finish that I can get a mirror gloss with (if such a product exists). I've already used Tru-Oil on one build, and I'd like to try something else this time around just to keep things interesting. I don't have any spraying equipment and I have to finish my guitars indoors in my living room, so that's why I'm looking at water-based applications at this point. Thanks in advance for your help! |
