Help! Blushing in a poly clear coat?

I was spraying the clear coat on a project today. Got slightly frosted look with it. I only made two passes. How do I fix this?

Blushing occurs when the humidity is high and the coat you are spraying dries too quickly. You will need to add a Retarder to your paint, or adjust the amount of thinner, or wait for a dry day.

I concur, as far as fixing it, I would think lots of sanding....start over...
