Mcfadden sealer and nitro help.

Hi, I'm about to start spraying mcfadden sealer and nitro, but I have no clue what pressure to spray at. My regulator is fully adjustable and my spraygun manual says to spray at the lowest setting that the manufacturer reccomends, but the manufacturer has no reccomendation!

A regular gun? I usually shoot around 55 lbs or less.

I use McFaddens with a Jamb gun running around 25-30 psi.

Be aware that the hose is flexible and it gives a little bit so it acts like a regulator over its length so you may lose 5 or 10 psi from the compressor to the gun. If you have a regulator that you can put at the end of the hose then shoot for (no pun intended) 35 psi to start with.

I use McFaddens too, with a jamb gun and a small regulator right at the gun set at about 32psi.
