Whoa, is that a fellow beer knurd in our midst? As Bill S. Preston, Esquire would say ... "Most excellent!!!"

What?

Hey, I'm allowed to read them all, alright?!? I'm the OP! Are you down with OPP? (yeah you know me)

---

And thanks for your support everyone. I find it highly ironic that of all the threads I've started, the one that got the most responses BY FAR is about ABSOLUTE BUPKIS. Brilliant! That's why I love you guys.

Incidentally, what the hell does it take to get the green light blinking? Sheesh ...

I agree 100% with the OP's statement that all Telecasters should have a contoured body, and a Stratocaster tremelo........

I bet you could show him a thing or two in the gym as you're somewhat of an elevator, or was that bodybuilder? I can't remember.

Which pickup should I get for high gain but still has plenty of twang?

My kids booby trap the house with legos. My wife booby traps our room by leaving the iron board and iron up, then she leaves the iron unplugged. I hate stepping on legos and plug-ins at night. This is even worse because we have a 13-month old so you can't even scream or yell, you just gotta do silent contortions and bunny hops on one foot. I wish I could think of some clever way to get the wife and kids back without it looking like it's on purpose so she don't cut me off from buying gear... :) While I am rambling on, does anybody else's kids have those particular noise maker toys that randomly come on by themselves? They're so creepy...

Just to prove it I am quoting something that quotes a quote against the spirit I think. So the OP loses the thread. Therefore if someone can lose then someone else has to win.

I misunderstand people regularly probably due to lack of concentration and threads go off in a weird direction. This is the first ever thread I have fully understood and can comply with the rules.

What Wattie said.

I started the gambit with a dead straight response.

Nobody picked up on it. The only way the get a truly atypical batch of replies was to respond like it was life and death.

But nobody did.

No... It's much more important than that...

This thread could never be different from the other threads; that was the whole point, I thought.
