MIM Mid 50's Fender Road Worn Tele
![]() This is my one and only guitar. Its a MIM mid 50's Fender Road Worn Tele. I'll try and post some better pics later. Its definitely an ugly one but it plays and sounds great. Last edited by z-clay; March 4th, 2009 at 04:55 PM. Reason: Wrong Pic |

Well, when I joined this wonderful forum, I had two telecasters, and then I added a custom shop Esquire. Since then... I've been busy! :)
Here's the current Tele-Family! In this photo...Torquoise G&L ASAT, 88 Fender Tele 3 pup (one Twin), Custom Shop 59 Esquire Relic, 95 Fender Tele 3 pup (Texas Twin), and the Bari-Tele...and my Silver-black paisley Crook tele with G bender and 3 Texas specials, and my 1966 Esquire... ![]() Then, the "Strelly" ![]() 2006 Fender Custom Shop '59 TIme Machine Esquire. This is now a Stealth 3-pup Esquire. ![]() My custom made (Fender Neck, Indonesian Squire Body, Gibson P100 and SD hot tele lead pups, floyd, custom made everything else...) '51 STP ![]() I'm counting 10...so far, out of my 35 guitars. I LOVE Esquires most of all, but love Teles too!! Cheers! Ward

![]() My newly acquirred hw1 tele from 07 next to its new best friend a Gibson std. Les paul. I found that the fretjob on the tele was poor, and especially the 14th to 22nd fret needed much attention, but with a bit of work and some much needed falloff at the upper frets, along with a proper trim of the nut sluts, it is now up to my high expectations of comfortability/playability. In fact it is such a pleasure to play that I find myself using it more than my also highly loved LP. It simply plays and sounds marvelous; espeacially through the pictured marshall 20 watter. Greetings and props to everyones great looking gear. Some truly amazing guitars to be found on this forum. |
