Mike sometimes wonders aloud "Can a noodle canoodle ?".

It draws fewer astonished glances than his shopping mall mantra of "Will there be a will to be there ?"

Chez turned abruptly and spilled his cup of Knorr Chicken Noodle soup in his optical drive, thereby causing another "phantom page", this time #469. For shame!

North Island is the northernmost island in the Houtman Abrolhos, a coral reef archipelago in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Mid West Western Australia. Located approximately 14 km (9 mi) from the nearest island group, it is one of the largest islands in the Houtman Abrolhos, and one of the few to support dune systems. It has relatively diverse flora dominated by chenopod shrubs and fauna that includes the introduced Tammar Wallaby, around 7 species of reptile, about 15 resident bird species, and Esaaal. Discovered and surveyed in 1840, North Island has been a seasonal camp for western rock lobster fishermen since the beginning of the 20th century, and this remains the principal focus of human activity on the island. There is also a small amount of tourism, though for the most part it is reserved as conservation habitat for vegetation communities, rare birds and Esaaal.

Doc Mike is about to publish his Flora and Fauna book on Baloney Creek. Once he gets to that magic number of 20 pages, he can actually bind it.

Esaaal keeps all of his old paperbacks in stacks around his house, along with old newspapers, Playboys, Popular Mechanics, comic books, and Vogues. He is hoping for that shot of reality stardom on "Hoarders"

At the behest of H-Man , every lie told on this forum is lovingly transcribed by chanting Monks onto papyrus scolls and preserved in Terra Cotta jars. Sealed with bees wax, stamped with his family seal and buried in his backyard the scrolls should last hundreds of years or until the excavation guys dig a new pool.

Esaaal's pool guy has issued an ultimatum.

"Put a robe on when I come 'round or you can vacuum this sucker yourself."

Put a robe on when I come 'round
Or you can vacuum this sucker yourself
I don't have time for half-naked fools
And you ain't exactly Santa's elf

This is the chorus for chez's new song, 'Bakersfield Poolman Blues'.

tgfm collects the rubber bands from golf ball interiors because they will come in handy one day.

Boblets drives the ball sweeper at the driving range and takes offense when someone tries to hit him with a golf ball.

Most think Esaaal's nickname "Gummy Bear" came from being a gentle giant. Actually it came from the years he spent trying to learn how to catch bullets in his teeth. When someone told him it was all a trick, he got the second half of the nickname.

Of the 14 definitions of the verb 'noodle' that tutm has memorized, he especially likes #8 - "to gently ingest a single strand of spaghetti through puckered lips."

When he does it just right and the tail end of the strand flicks a drop of sauce onto the tip of his nose, he smiles and laughs and says, "Now that's what I call noodling."

T-Mike eats spaghetti with a spoon and fork. He'll spear the loose strands and begin to twirl them on his spoon to create the perfect pasta ball. 9 spins around the spoon, no more no less.

For laughs, Esaaal insists his spaghetti be made from a single length of pasta so he can suck it all up in one go and finish off the remaining sauce with his own recipe herb focaccia.
