Zabasearch the site that predicts Idol results changed their prediction of who is gonna get voted off tonight so we will have to see if they are right.

http://www.zabasearch.com/ai_stats.php

Thats the link if you wanna see who they think is staying and going home.

Honestly Mike, I don't know what could happen tonight that I would consider a shocker.....on second thought, the only shocker, for me, would be if Adam got sent home.....it would be weird if Danny goes, but I felt that way about Allison.

Yea, Adam going home was what I was referring to as the potential shocker. I have a feeling that the votes Kris (just realized he spelled his name all wacky and hip) swiped with his acoustic performance were from Adam, not Danny. We'll see...

Isn't the human race a mystery?

A virtually unknown person sings on national TV and is immortalized with a parade and thousands of screaming fans.

A cop gets shot bringing down a criminal or a fireman gets hurt putting out a blaze, and no one even makes a phone call.

I'm not sayin' it's right or wrong...just mystifying.

I thought Kris would be going home, just because I think Danny's better. Then again, I'm a 58 year old from another planet!

Now if my band was auditioning singers and all three showed up, I'd hire Adam in a second. If he doesn't win next week, I will be truly surprised.

Kris can make AI more $$ than Adam and is much more marketable and more of an American Idol.

I'm almost sure Adam will win but Id like to see Kris get the win he is a true humble guy from a small town.

Sure wish the final would have been Allison and Kris.

I'm expecting Adam to go on to true Showtunes super stardom. Either Broadway or Vegas. Kind of the Liberace of Tenors.

YMMV!

The 20,000 people that showed up for Kris's appearance here in Conway that have 570X in their address books and text the entire 2 hours after the show. That's who....

Wonder how many of Danny Gokey's former voters will throw their support to Kris? He could win this thing.

The consensus in Conway (and the rest of the State) is Kris is in a "no lose" situation. If he wins, small town boy makes big. If 2nd, he has a good steady paycheck for a while with the tour and will then have artistic freedom and the clout to record whatever he wants.

It's a good position for him to be in no matter what!

You guys must have had a kiddie boom the past decade It's good to know that at least the voting process is working. I enjoy listening to his style, although I really doubt he will win over Adam with his screaming and poseur style.

This kind of thing has been mentioned before.
Are we 100% certain of that?
I'd like to see a copy of the release.
I got a feeling that win-or-lose they are "owned" ... that the producers of the show have right of first refusal.

Despite the fact that his vocal ability is less impressive than Adam's, Kris is an artist, while, IMHO, Adam is an act.
Regardless of who wins, I'm pretty sure the world will grow tired of Adam's screaming pretty quickly.
Adam has, throughout the competition, consistently taken good songs & performed them in a manner that I'd call controversial.
Kris, on the other hand, has taken both a disco song & a Kanye West song & transformed both into something that did not suck...No minor feat in my book.

Of course there is some obligation for the Top 10.......but, not the same as the winner.

The only reason I say this is Kris's music directors at his church are in direct communications with him on a regular basis and we are close friends of them. I am pretty confident their information is accurate. Time will tell. Regardless, he's in an enviable position.

I'd rather have Danny in my band. Adam is just not my cup of tea.

I think Danny had the best voice of the three, though I'm not 15 years old like a large portion of the voters for that show. He appealed to an older audience so I'm not surprised he is out. But, for the life of me, I can't figure Adam's appeal out. Maybe the younger audience is listening to this sort of stuff? I find him to be terrible. Every song, which the judges say he made his own, is exactly the same. Start out calm, then stick out your tongue and SHREEK loudly for the rest of the song. Why is that good? To me he sounds like Axl Rose. Kris can/will appeal to a much broader audience.
