Instruction sheet for Monte Allums Blues Stack Plus mod?

My wife got me this mod kit for Christmas - bought it direct from Monte's website. Unfortunately, I'm missing the second page of the instructions. Not sure if it wasn't in there to begin with, or if it somehow got lost over the last couple months.

In any case, I emailed Monte last week to ask for another copy, but he never replied. I even sent a picture of the rest of the kit, so he knows I'm not trying to scam him out of the instructions for free.

Does anyone here have this instruction sheet? I'm happy to send or post the picture of the kit to prove that I'm on the up and up.

I did this mod. I remember the PDF had a secret code to unlock it. I don't seem to have kept it, though. Wish I could be of more help. It's a good mod.

My wife found the instruction PDF in her email. I'll be doing the mod some time this week, will follow up with the results.

So I did this mod a couple weeks ago. I like it a lot - much smoother than the stock BD-2. Not sure I'd call it more transparent, since the BD-2 is already pretty transparent. I'm a little bummed that there's some OD even at the lowest gain setting, since I used to use it as a clean boost occasionally. And the LED is stupid bright. But the OD sound is really nice, and nails a lot of the prototypical classic rock sounds.

Overall, I'd rate it a 7.5/10 (where the stock was maybe 5/10). An improvement, to be sure, but not a holy grail.
