Source for custom guitar cables and patch cables

I am interested in beginning to building custom studio quality instrument cables and patch cables. does anyone know a source to by great quality cables and jacks?

I've never bought from them, but lots of guys from the DIY forums report good service from Mammoth Electronics. They started selling cable and jacks a few months back:

I get cable and connectors from Redco Audio.

They have pretty much anything you'd need - and their prices are excellent.
