Input cap on FF

Hey guys

Having a bash at a fuzz face now, but would like to have an input bass control. I've been thinking about this, and am not sure how it is usually done. I was thinking of running the input to the wiper of a put, and then run a 2.2uF cap off the one lug, and a 0.02uF off the other.

Would this work? Is there a more effective solution?

Thanks
Mike

Check out Joe Gagan's Easy Face, that uses a pot to blend different input caps. I tried it, but ended up going with a switch to change between two cap values for my FF.
