Daddy-O to True Bypass and other awesome Mods?

So I have an old daddy-o just sitting around collecting dust.

I want to hot rod it to a monster. You guys got any awesome mods (especially if I could fix the HORRIBLE bypass)?

Getting around the bypass in those pedals is a PITA. I've got four of them collecting dust in my closet because of it. I'd really like to do that conversion to my Dan Echo, because I love that pedal.

As far as mods for the Daddy-O, I always liked it in stock form, since it's a Marshall Guv'nor V1 clone.

If you really like the base pedal tones, just save up for a Guv'nor kit. Alternatively, look for a used MI Audio Crunch Box, which is basically a Guv'nor with one tone control, and even more distortion.

I thought about putting a TB looper around the Dano boxes, but they're so friggin' big, and the jacks are on the backside.

Other than my Dan Echo, I will probably gut my other ones and re-do the innards for Switchcraft jacks on the sides, decent pots, and much better switching. The ledge next to the battery slot will probably have to be ground down though - I'm not looking forward to that!
