Many great deals to be had on 60th Anniversary Teles and Strats, and also the $ 388.60 deal on most late 2005-late 2006 Highway One 6 string guitars.

Now, are there any similar deals on closeout US Fender basses, or did bass sales better meet projections? Any insight would be appreciated. My brother is running his 1982 'P' bass way too hard, like to buy him a backup.

Well, the cheapest I saw since the post for a Highway One was $ 530.00; perhaps the 20 percent off card could have been used with that.

$425 for a Hwy 1 would be nice. Classifieds here has an 89 MIJ 'P' Bass for the same price, $425.
