I really like it.
It has the power, it has the punch, it's quite comfortable (yet still a T-Bird with the signature neck-dive) and the transparent version looks really awesome. Really decent piece of hell-blazing musical equipment. I'd prefer passive T-Bird, though. Just because it's passive.

Not really my style, but I did play one. As much as it pains me to say so (I typically hate Epi stuff of all stripes) it's a really a pretty nice bass.
If you're looking for that T-Bird thing, and don't want to spend $1500, this is a pretty good way to get it. I have to say I was pretty impressed, especially considering the price...

I'm going with gut and grabbing an MIA Pbass. Picking it up today actually. I was in a local shop last night right at closing and found a mint '07 for $750. I'm going to grab it as soon as the store opens in an hour and a half.

I've been looking at those T-Birds too. I think I've been gassing for a T-Bird since I was about 16. Came close to buying a anniversary model back in the 80's and backed out at the last minute. Been seeing them go on the bay for pretty cheap. Hmmm...
