IMO, it has that 1970's cheap japanese guitar look to it.

I suppose somebody will very much want one for the stage because it is different yet still says "Fender" on the headstock.

BTW, Lakland has a similar model already called "Decade".

I dunno - I actually really like it, mainly because I also have a 72 tele deluxe. If I can get this in black to match my tele then I'm sold....we'll not sold, because I'm not paying 6000$, but you know...supportive.
