Brownsville, New York

Well, as things go, I ran into something I was previously not familiar with.

I have seen this Bass before hanging in a local music store, I even played it, but put it back on the wall.

Now I ran into it again and I realized: WOW! This Bass is unique!

It plays like an Ace, somebody who knew must have set it up.

Nice Pau Ferro fretboard. Low action. Now buzz. Jazz Bass pickup configuration. Sound is decent (have to do more evaluation on that)

Body is real tiny, but it is a full 34" scale. Neck is real slim at the nut, just right for me!

The Brownsville came across for the lowest 3-digit number possible. So, naturally, I abandoned the MIM Jazz Bass project.

It's a nice sunburst too.

Ahh, I was searching for info, but couldn't find anything. It is surprisingly well set up. I am really amazed.

I'd call that a nice score!

Yeah, I feel the same, Tim.
I got a nicely padded gigbag for a little x-tra, which fits like a custom glove.
