SX P question
Saw this full size 62 style P on their web page. The body & neck appear to be sized correctly, but that pickguard just looks wrong, way too much body edge showing on the right side. Anyone know if a standard Fender guard would fit, and would it cover up more body on that side, as it should?

I had that exact bass and the pickguard does seem small. I don't think a standard fender guard would fit but the easy fix would be to just drill new holes for the new guard. My guess is that since the guard on the SX is so small you shouldn't have too much trouble getting the old holes covered. But as with any SX I would see how it looks stock before ordering upgrade parts. A lot of times the pics on rondo's website aren't the best and you may get one that is a gem out of the box. The one I had was great!

Sweeeeeeeeeet man. Nice.
You have old school colour on a new import. I Love that colour combo. Maybe my 2nd Fav colour combo of all time but my No.1 fav is still anodized on a black body with a maple neck.
