LOVE them album covers!
I LOVE vinyl! I have a huge collection that I've kept since almost birth. I inherited my big brothers collection, including his stack of old 45's as well. I used to LIVE to haunt used record stores before the days of CD's. In fact, the only reason that I got into CD's in the first place is because they began to re-issue things on CD that had been out of print on vinyl for decades. I used to buy a CD and a blank cassette and have one of my buddies tape the CD so that I could listen to it - I didn't own a CD player. I have some wonderful pieces. I have a first edition "Electric LadyLand" still in the shrinkwrap - never opened. I have "Introducing the Beatles" on VeeJay. Just tons and tons of stuff. Too much really, as it just sits on the shelf doing nothing. I have no way to play them. I just have them now.... just to have. Fun stuff though! Carry on mates!

Calling card's pretty good. Against The Grain is excellent.

How much did it cost? Sounds like a 2 for 1 deal. I haven't bought too many new vinyl LPs.
Anyone else with an interesting album cover feel free to post it. I think I'm gonna slow down drastically on vinyl LP acquisitions now. I have most of the older music I'm interested in and can't afford to experiment on stuff I've never heard since new vinyl costs so much.

Now you're talking. Amazing album.
Do you have 'John Barleycorn must die', by Traffic? It's a wonderful piece of music.

![]() I always thought this girl was a babe. One time I was doing barracks CQ at Fort Gordon and this GI was playing "Toy Soldiers" while he was studying or writing home. I always liked that song too.

Man you've found some good stuff since the last time I read this thread. My most recent finds are Chet Atkins & Jerry Reed(Me & Jerry), Georgia Satellites, Chuck Berry(One Dozen Berry's), and Bad Co.
Constantly on the hunt for more....

I've really only shown a few of the LP's that I've picked up. I like to take a pic of the cover if I think it's interesting.
I kind of hate to go in the stores now cause there's always at least a couple of albums I can't pass up. I've passed up a few that I now regret not buying.
