Gibson SG Special Faded discontinued?
I was at Guitar Center yesterday actually looking to see if they had a Baja Tele on sale. They didn't have any, but I picked up a Gibson SG Special Faded, played it through a few amps and really liked it. Went home without it, but was checking out Musicians Friend and saw that the SG Faded was being discontinued. I'm kind of surprised. Of course, now I'm really jonesing for the guitar. Now, if only my wife would see it my way.
Anyone know what the deal is on the Fadeds? Even the LP Vintage Mahogany is listed as a clearance item. |
